SPAN 370 - Topics in Latine Culture
Credits: 4
An examination of Latine cultural production in the US. Students examine the various identities that make up the Latine population in the US to enrich historical, geographical, and cultural knowledge. Both second language learners and heritage speakers of Spanish develop their competence with Spanish as used in the US through study and discussions of a variety of texts.
Prerequisite: SPAN 245 .or SPAN 300
