SPAN 300 - Hispanic Texts in Context
Credits: 4
Discussion and interpretation of selected texts in Spanish. Students examine a variety of authentic readings and audiovisual texts as they develop skills for connecting words, numbers, and images to navigating culturally-specific professional and social situations. Emphasis is placed on reading, writing, and speaking skills in preparation for upper-level classes and study abroad in Spanish.
Prerequisite: SPAN 220 or permission of instructor
