POLSC 251 - U.S. Foreign Policy Credits: 4 An examination of the factors that condition the formulation and conduct of U.S. Foreign Policy. These factors include: the general political, cultural, and economic conditions within the U.S.; various governmental agencies with responsibility for foreign affairs; nongovernmental groupings that affect the scope, direction, and efficacy of U.S. Foreign Policy; international organizations; and the policy-making process itself.
