PSYCH 466 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology Credits: 4 A science-based examination of human behavior in work settings. Topics include recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of employees; work motivation, job satisfaction, and stress; group processes and decision-making in the workplace; and the effects of physical and psychological environment, including work systems, on work behavior. An introduction to human factors research is included.
Prerequisite: One core course in Psychology or permission of the instructor.
