ECON 248 - Law and Economics Credits: 4 An investigation of the contributions of economic theory to the core areas of the law, e.g., property, contracts, torts, civil procedure, and criminal law and procedure. The course compares economic and noneconomic theories of law and addresses the strengths and limitations of the economic approach.
Prerequisite: ECON 100 and/or ECON 101 .
