GEO 523 - Internship: Conservation Biology Credits: 2 The intern becomes familiar with the operation of a National Wildlife Refuge and participates in a research project related to wildlife management and conservation biology. In order to be eligible, the student must develop a project proposal in consultation with the liaison and refuge manager. Projects will normally involve field or interpretive projects that culminate in a project report, pamphlet or brochure that is submitted to both the liaison and refuge manager.
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
